Paula Haughton
Paula is a qualified actuary and has over 20 years’ pensions consulting experience gained at PwC and XPS, before joining our Risk Transfer team in March 2023. She has eight years of risk transfer consulting experience. While at XPS, Paula was responsible for managing relationships with the alternative risk transfer providers, maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the range of market offerings, and taking a lead role in discussions with client teams.
Paula is continuing tospecialise in alternative risk transfer at Hymans Robertson as well as in traditional buy-in and buy-out transactions.
