Lucy is a Scheme Actuary and Client Director with over 15 years’ experience in the pensions industry. She works with a wide variety of DB schemes ranging in size from £30m to £20bn, advising her clients on a broad spectrum of pensions and benefits issues. She has a straightforward and collaborative approach and enjoys helping her clients work through complex issues, with a clear communication style.
Lucy has a keen interest in the development of her colleagues and enjoys her role as a people manager. Outside of work, Lucy spends her time raising her young family, walks in the countryside and a variety of sports.
