Claire Kapitan
Claire is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and a DC consultant with over 12 years’ experience in the pensions industry. She specialises in providing strategic advice and support to trustees on a range of DC pension issues including governance, member engagement, and at and through retirement decisions.
In addition to her client responsibilities, Claire leads our DC Trustee Governance Consulting proposition and supports the Heads of our DC Trust and DC Master Trust markets. Claire is passionate about ensuring that a robust governance framework is in place to support the delivery and improvement of member outcomes.
