Rona is a Partner and Senior Consultant who specialises in all areas of DC advice.
With over 35 years’ experience in the pensions industry, Rona brings a wealth of experience as well as a passion for developing strategies that meet the unique memberships of DC schemes. Having worked in both fund management and consultancy, Rona advises a number of Hymans Robertson's largest DC, including single trust schemes as well as governance committees of master trust and contract-based arrangements. She regularly liaises with both the DWP and TPR on DC governance issues and is a member of the industry-wide DC Governance Group. She is a blogger on DC issues and a speaker at DC related conferences.
