Phil Hardingham
Phil is part of both the digital leadership team and the investment leadership team and is responsible for setting and implementing the digital strategy which underpins the design and delivery of our investment services.
He partners with our consulting teams to ensure that we are harnessing the potential of data, modelling and analytics in designing and delivering great investment services.
Since joining Hymans in 2018, Phil has worked across a number of consulting and leadership roles within our digital teams. He enjoys bringing multi-disciplinary teams together to work on valuable problems, and in co-designing innovative solutions. Phil is a CFA charter holder and Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and has been involved in volunteering for the IFoA within cross-disciplinary working parties for a number of years.
