Laurence joined Hymans Robertson in 2007 and is Technical Architect within the Incubator. As part of the team, she helps bring Hymans Robertson's innovative ideas to market. She is responsible for designing and developing new digital products efficiently, following an agile methodology, while ensuring that non-functional requirements such as security and data privacy are met.

Prior to joining Hymans Robertson, Laurence worked in software consultancy companies for clients in a wide range of industries, spanning from aviation to retail, in the UK as well as Europe and the US.
