Susan Sinclair
Susan is on the leadership team of our TPA business unit, leading on commercial approach and business development and heading up our administration consulting proposition.
Susan’s experience of more than 30 years has included setting up and leading third party administration delivery, planning and managing operational change, strategic operational consulting and providing trustee executive services to a large insurer. She works collaboratively, building insights through careful listening to help her understand key issues, and works closely with all stakeholders to align the operational approach with strategic direction.
