Heather is a Commercial Leader and Partner in our TPA business responsible for driving strategy on commercials, client management and proposition development. Heather is accountable for growing the business and delivering a great experience to clients as part of this.

Heather has extensive experience managing and delivering to the firm’s largest, most complex clients, both in the UK and internationally. Additionally she has designed and embedded a culture of excellence through commercial and client management expertise.

Heather is an integral part of the firm’s Abelica Global Network, where we partner with likeminded firms across 43 territories globally, and can leverage these contacts for international initiatives.

Heather also Chairs the PLSA in Scotland and is a Committee Member of ILAG, so brings a depth of industry knowledge and a wide network which she can leverage.
