Derek is the Head of TPA Systems  within our TPA team, and leads the TPA Development team. The skills of the team are mixed and split across the key delivery units of Core Support, Pensions Analytics, Calculation Coding, Data, Core systems and Infrastructure with a PMO function to control it all.

Derek has over 25 years of experience in the industry and has experience of almost every role in TPA. He started as a trainee administrator and now holds a senior position in our TPA Leadership team.

When not working Derek enjoys family time, and has keen interest in golf.
