Karl Lidgley joined Hymans Robertson as Client Relationship Manager for their London TPA business in March 2019 from a large in-house scheme where he previously held the role of Pensions Operations Manager. Karl currently leads on a selection of clients for the firm supporting schemes with a variety of benefit structures with TPA services and project work.

Karl has 19 years’ experience in the pensions industry, initially as a Trustee Director serving over 12 years in this role prior to moving into the industry permanently in 2016 managing the administration of a large in-house DB section and leading on an outsourced DC section.

Karl has been a contributing member of the PASA Dashboard working group since 2020 and provides an oversight role on Dashboard delivery for Hymans.
