Shirley joined the firm in 2019 and became a partner in 2022 and she leads our Third-Party Administration (TPA) Business. She has over 35 years’ experience within the industry in a variety of roles within Insurance, Global outsourcing, and consultancy firms.

Shirley is passionate about quality service delivery, continuous improvements and adding value for our clients. Using her experience to build empowered teams through setting clear vision, strong collaboration and giving them rewarding careers.
