Stephen Makin
Stephen is a partner of Hymans Robertson and leads the UK Insurance & Financial Services practice, overseeing our consulting on products, investment and asset-liability management, and risk and capital management.
From over 25 years in the UK life industry, in various roles at insurance firms and as a consultant, Stephen is a highly-experienced Chief Actuary, With-Profits Actuary, Independent Actuary and Independent Expert.
Stephen is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, a Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary, and holds Chief Actuary and With-Profits Actuary practising certificates.
