We have a dedicated team of actuarial experts with extensive experience of pension disputes. Our experience

Our team has many years’ experience across a wide range of cases and disputes. We have assisted a number of clients with quantum issues, such as rectification of administration errors, scheme benefit changes and Barber equalisation issues. These often include assessing quantum in loss of chance cases at several historical dates. In addition, we have experience in assisting lawyers with losses in relation to the PPF, actuarial issues in relation of breach of good faith claims, scheme closure and amendment of benefits, investment strategy decisions, assessing funding guarantees and benchmarking funding and investment strategies.

We have experience of cross examination, mediations, actuarial disciplinary tribunals and arbitration proceedings.
