General

We, Hymans Robertson LLP, is a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales with registered number OC310282 and VAT number GB918394102. Our registered office and place of establishment is at One London Wall, London EC2Y 5EA, telephone number 020 7082 6000. A list of members of Hymans Robertson LLP are available for inspection at our registered office.

Contract

A contract detailing our general terms and conditions will be agreed at the commencement of any engagement to which they apply. The contract will set out the competent courts and law applicable to the engagement, the price or means of establishing the price and the main features of the relevant service(s). There is no after-sales guarantee not imposed by law.

Regulated Activities

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority - you will find us under reference number 414430 - and licensed by the  Institute and Faculty of Actuaries for a range of investment business activities.

Actuarial services within our firm are carried out by members of the United Kingdom Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. Work undertaken by actuaries is subject to the Technical Actuarial Standards issued by the Financial Reporting Council.

Quality of Service

We aim to provide a high-quality service. If you have a complaint about our work for you, please raise the matter first with your lead consultant or the senior partner at our registered office.  We will do our best to address any issues.

Indemnity Insurance

We maintain global professional indemnity insurance cover. The programme is led by Lloyd’s Syndicate 1609 (Mosaic) and the primary placement is supported by various Underwriters at Lloyd’s, London and certain insurance companies.
