The LGPS (Scotland) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2024 come into force on 29 June 2024. Consultation responses on the proposed regulations were due 30 May 2024.

These regulations will create a discretion for Scottish LGPS funds to determine the amount of exit credit which should be payable to a ceasing employer.
