Sally is a partner and Fellow of the CIPD. Her career spans 20 years in HR working across a number of different sectors.

As HR Director, Sally sits on our Management Board and leads our firmwide people strategy. She cares deeply about nurturing our culture and values to create an environment in which employees can thrive, grow their skills and ultimately deliver the best outcomes for our clients.

Outside of work, Sally loves nothing more than to spend time with her son. She says “being able to work part-time gives me the best of both worlds… I get to do the job I love and spend time with my family!
