Richard is a partner and leads the formation and development of new propositions across Investment Services at Hymans Robertson. He also establishes how these propositions are then delivered consistently and to a high standard by the firm for all our clients.

Richard joined Hymans Robertson five years ago as part of the original team to establish Guided Outcomes in the UK DC pensions marketplace. Previously he was Head of Change for Nucleus, as well as having worked in both senior operational and sales strategy roles at Standard Life and AEGON.
