Shabna Islam was joined by Claire Roarty and leading Master Trust providers to discuss diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) in the master trust marketplace. The topic of DE&I has grown significantly in recent years, with many initiatives put in place, but there’s more work that can be done. Our panel of experts shared:

• What DE&I means to them, including examples of their DE&I policy in action.
• How their DE&I policy is influencing their development plans and the impact it has had in areas such as investments, communication, retirement, and governance.

These webinars are aimed at Pension Scheme Trustees, Employers, Governance Committees and Pension Scheme Managers.
