What are your options and what should you be doing now?
An update on your Teachers Pension Scheme (TPS) options
13 Jun 2023
Overview
In response to rising employer contributions, 330 independent schools have left TPS since September 2019. A further 93 have stopped putting new teachers in TPS by using phased withdrawal.
To avoid further increases in contributions, which are expected in 2024, you need to take action at the start of the 2023/24 academic year.
Watch our webinar to learn about the latest market update and the options available, and to hear about the challenges schools looking to exit TPS have faced and how to deal with them. We're delighted to be joined by Steven Edwards from Standard Life, who will share details of how Standard Life can support schools looking to set up a DC pension scheme.
