Overview

This, our fourth episode, discusses the topic of: ‘Conversational Artificial Intelligence’. Scott has a ‘down the pub’ style chat (if only!) with Oliver Lemon, Chief AI Officer And Co-Founder, and Nehat Krasniqi, CEO and Co-Founder of Alana AI. Many of us are now comfortable talking to computers. Siri, Alexa, and similar are pervasive.  Most of us will also have used online chat services, for example in resolving problems with products. Whether talking or typing, these systems share a common theme: the systems are trying to converse with us in natural human language. The general term for this is Conversational User Experience.
